LENT VESPERS
Vespers
is an ancient evening prayer service observed by the Orthodox, Roman and
Eastern Catholic Churches. We pray evening prayer in thanksgiving and praise to
God for the blessings we have been given.
During
Lent, we will pray evening prayer this year on the Sundays of February 18,
25th, March 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th at 5:00PM. The Newman Mass will follow at
6:00pm.
All are
welcome to join in this service as we prepare for the glorious feast of Easter.
